Ⅰ. Description

1. Features of Products

WQ, QW series are used to transport the sewage from industry and commerce, living sewage, drainage system of the sewage treatment plant, civil defense system, the water supply of the waterworks. To be specific, these series are widely applied to release the heavily polluted water of the commerce, industry or human beings’ daily life; and also the water supply of the water plant, hospital and hotel and so on. Totally speaking, they can transport the polluted water with particles, clean water or liquid with corrosion. 

2. Main Use and Scope of Application

This pump series is widely used for sewage treatment of city construction and sewage and waste discharge for architecture projects, hotel, mine, pond, dyeing and printing, papter making and textile industries. It is the ideal tool for transportation of sludge, slurry, living sewage, and feces and stale wastes and solid grains containing fiber, paper chips, sandy soil etc.

3. Environment of Application and Working Condition

(1)The temperature of the mediums should be under 40℃, and the density of the mediums can not be over 1.2*103kg/m3.

(2)If the pump is without internal auto-flow cycle cooling system, its motor is not allowed to show over 1/3 out of the liquid.

(3)The scope of the application of the pump with iron material is PH5-9.

(4)The medium moves with the speed of 7*10-7m2/s~23*10-5m2/s

(5)The pump should be used at the places that is under 1000m high. If the altitude of the place is over 1000m high, please tell us when placing the order so that our company can offer the exact suitable pump.

4. Performance Parameters

The flow rate range is: 7m3/h, the heads range is 7m-60m and the power range is 0.55kw-315kw. The outlet and inlet range is 25mm-500mm.

Ⅱ. Structure illustration

1.This series are designed with the impeller structures of single or double blades, which greatly allows the sewage to pass through.

2.We use new developed solid alloy anti-corrosive material for the mechanical seal. At the same time, we update the seal to single –double mechanical seal to make it safely operates over 8000 hours.

3.This series are simply constructed with stable capability, low noise, low vibration, energy efficiency. And the pump only needs to be put under water to make it work instead of building room for the pump, which greatly decrease the total cost.

4.There is a high precision anti-jamming leaking-inspect sensor in the sealed oil chamber to protect the pump absolutely.

5.According to the requests of the customer, the pump can be equipped with auto-security protection control box to protect the leakage, creepage, overload and temperature excursion, which greatly improve the safety of the pump.

6.Float ball can auto-control the operation of the pump according to the needs of the liquid so that there is no need for human being to inspect the pump, which saves a lot.

7.According to the requests of the customer, the pump can be equipped with double lead rail automatic coupling install system so that human being does not need to go into the sewage pits.

8.The pump will never be overload if the pump is used within its whole scope of the heads.

9.There are two ways to install: fixed automatic coupling install system and movable free install system.

Ⅳ. Use and Operation

1.Check carefully whether the cable is damaged, fastener is loose and pump is out of shape or damaged before pump is started.

2.Use 500V meg-ohmmeter to measure identical and opposite link resistance between floors of motor. Its number should not be lower than 2 megohm. If not, you should do drying process to motor stator winding. The temperature of drying process should not allow to be exceed 120℃.

3.The installion way of this series of pumphas two kinds. Namely, stationary type and portable type. When you adopt stationary type and have it automatic setup, chain cable should drill through two lifting bolts or lift pump in lifting board and let it fall along lead rail slowly and equably until it coupling automatically. When you adopt portable type, you should cover the tube first. And then, let chain cable drill through two lifting bolts to lift pump. Be careful that shouldn’t use cable as rope to avoid danger.

4.The rotation direction is anti-clockwise when seen from outlet after pump is switched on. If pump rotates reverse, you just need to exchange connection location in any two lines within cables.

5.Rack earth of pump should be connected properly according to relative precedures severely. In orde to ensure personal security when use pump, you mustn’t work or move around the installation place when pump is operating to advoid contingency happen if pump creepages.

6.Pump should be equipped with autocontrol ark. Don’t hang electrified wire netting directly or use knife switch to get through electric power and make sure that pump is operating normally.

7.Don’t let pump operates under low-head state ( usual operating head should not be lower than 60% of rated head). You had better control pump within recommended head range to avoid pump burnt out because of overloaded.

8.Pump which don’t have automatic circulation cooling device bare from water overall in a long time to avoid pump damaged because of overheated.

Ⅴ. maintenance

1.It should be specially-assigned person manage and use pump and check if insulation resistance between pump winding and shell is normal.

2.Pump should operate several minutes in pure water after it is especially used for high viscosity liquid to avoid deposit leaving in pump and cleanliness of pump.

3.If pump is not used for a long time, pull it out from water. Don’t let it in water for a long time to avoid reduction the opportunity of damp of stator winding and increase the life of pump.

4.Add or change engine oil in oil room every 300-500 hours if pump is operating under normal state. Keep mechanical seal at favourable lubricant state and increase live of mechanical seal.

5. After pump is disassembled and maintained, the discretenesses of pump should be check by 0.2MP air-sealed test to ensure credibility of seal.

6. Sealing ring between impeller and body has the seal function. If the seal is damaged, it will affect the performance of pump directly. So the seal should be changed when it is needed.
